Return Policy

Because all of our prints are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production and is created specifically for you.

We strongly encourage you to double-check all details before completing your purchase (size, design, shipping information, etc.). Each print is made just for you, so please be sure everything looks right before hitting that confirm button.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, contact us immediately at hi@hoolyprints.com, so we can review the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items sold are custom, made-to-order prints and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Since each print is made specifically for each order, we’re unable to replace items for a different design, size, or preference once production has begun.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. Customized goods are exempt under EU consumer protection regulations.
